Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for exams, materials, or videos on Amalgamated Security Services Limited Learning Management System due to immediate electronic access of online courses.

You can request a full refund up to 10 days after paying for access to a course provided you have not yet accessed the materials. Any request for refunds after ten days following purchase, or once you have accessed the materials, if approved, will receive a credit note which can be used towards a future online course. Credit notes expire after 12 months.

Refunds are credited back to your credit card. If you paid by some other method, such as cash, linx, bank transfer or cheque, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. This consists of a course fee. All course tuition is billed in US dollars; and students' financial institutions may charge a fee for conversion to local currency. Payment may be made by American Express, MasterCard, or Visa

Course Cancellation
Amalgamated Security Services Limited reserves the right to cancel courses when necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances. In this instance, all tuition and fees paid for the course will be refunded to the paying credit card.
